Strides for Education 5K Walk/Run

When: Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 10 AM
Where: Florida Atlantic University -
Boca Raton Campus

With more than 20 race locations throughout Florida, we hope to make the Palm Beach County Strides for Education 5K Walk/Run the state's most visible fundraising event for education.

Please help Palm Beach County Schools Foundation provide scholarships, mentors and hope to "under-served" and deserving students by supporting the Palm Beach County Strides for Education 5K Walk/Run.

HOW CAN YOU PARTICIPATE?  

  1. Register or Start a Team – click here to REGISTER OR START A TEAM.  The race registration fee is $25 per person and entitles you to a T-shirt, goodie bag and more. Encourage your friends and family to help you fundraise!
       
  2. Join a Team- have your friends, family, co-workers started a team and asked you to join it? Click here to JOIN A TEAM.
      
  3. Donate to an Individual Team Member – to donate to a registered Palm Beach County Strides for Education 5K Walk/Run team member, click here to DONATE TO AN INDIVIDUAL TEAM MEMBER to search for the member’s name.
       
  4. Donate to a Team- to support a team participating in the Palm Beach County Strides for Education 5K Walk/Run, click here to search for and DONATE TO A TEAM.
      
  5. Register as a Virtual Walker – Can’t participate in the walk, but want to help fundraise? Click here to register as a VIRTUAL WALKER and to make a general donation to the Palm Beach County Strides for Education 5K Walk/Run .
       
  6. Volunteer - You can support the Palm Beach County Strides for Education 5K Walk/Run by fundraising and volunteering at the race on December 8. Click here VOLUNTEER FUNDRAISER to register as a volunteer fundraiser.

Food provided by Pollo Tropical - come out and have some chicken, rice & beans and get to know our students, their families, mentors, and community supporters!  We will have bounce houses, a DJay, games, prizes, face painting, and a great time!
